- A card on file is required to book an appointment. if you cancel/reschedule less than the 48hr time period, you will be charged 50% of your service booked. This also applies if you are changing your service to a different service.
- If you are running behind please give a courtesy call or text. If you are consistently late to your appointment, we will no longer be able to service you.
- No shows/day of cancellations will be charged 100% of your service booked, and will be required to pay in full before rescheduling.
- All 2nd no show offenders will no longer be allowed to reschedule
