Deposits effective 2024

All services have a 15 minute late policy. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged the no show fee according to your appointment. 

BROWS:  A $100 nonrefundable deposit + a card on file is required to book your appointment. This deposit will go towards your brows. We require a 48 hour notice of cancellation/rescheduling. If you cancel/reschedule LESS THAN the 48 hr time period, you forfeit your deposit from going towards your appointment, and another $100 nonrefundable deposit will be required to reschedule. All no shows/ day of cancellations will be automatically charged 50% of your service, and will require another $100 non refundable deposit to reschedule.

 

TATTOO:  A $50 nonrefundable deposit is required to book your appointment. This deposit will go towards your tattoo. There is a 48 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel/reschedule LESS THAN the 48hr time period, you forfeit your deposit from going towards your tattoo, and another $50 deposit will be required to reschedule. All no shows/day of cancellations will be charged the shop minimum ($100) to be able to reschedule.

 

LASHES: A card on file is required to book an appointment. If you cancel/reschedule less than the 48hr time period you will be charged 50% of your service booked. (Must be notified 3 days in advance for no charge). This also applies if you are changing your service to a different service. If you are running behind, please give a courtesy text or call. If you are consistently late to your appointment, we will no longer be able to service you. No shows/day of cancellations  will be charge 100% of your service booked, and will be required to pay in full to be able to reschedule your appointment.

 

All second no show offenders will no longer be able to schedule an appointment.

 

We know things happen, but please try to do your best to let us know ahead of time. Our time is just as valuable as yours!
